Prior to working on-site, we spend 3 to 4 weeks reviewing what planning you have done to date and use it to create an organized plan for your rehearsal and wedding day. Prior to the rehearsal, we draw up a "ceremony script" for each member of the bridal party to review.

At the rehearsal, we will review the following:

  • Any seating arrangements with the ushers
  • The timing and the selection of the ceremony music with the musician(s) and or vocalist(s)
  • The processional and recessional
  • Where the bridal party will stand during the ceremony
  • Where the videographer will shoot from
  • The list of items that need to be set up prior to the ceremony such as programs, extra directions to the reception, tossing items, the flower arrangements, the aisle runner, etc.
  • The transportation schedule from the ceremony to the reception.
