We are on-site early the next day to take care of pre- ceremony arrangements such as:
- Settling balances with vendors
- Being there for any deliveries such as the flowers
- Setting up the wedding site
- Keeping in touch with the bridal party to know there whereabouts at all times and to keep them on schedule
- We come prepared for any last minute emergencies and have a contact list for any back up vendors.
- We are by your side to assist you with any last minute items you need (ex: stockings,a glass of water, tissues)
- We will greet the photographer and gather the bridesmaids for photos while you finish getting ready.
- If parents are divorced we will organize a schedule for both to see you at different times for photos (if requested)
