If you require our assistance at the reception, here is a sample of the planning involved to coordinate it:

We
will arrive early to set up your toasting glasses, to
deliver your cake knife, guest book, set up your place
cards, favors, and other items you require during and
after the reception.

We settle remaining balances with the band/dj and other
entertainment.

We
are there to greet you and the bridal party and direct
you where to go prior to the bridal party introduction.

We will review the timing for the best man speech, the
first dance song, the father/daughter dance, the mother/son
dance and any other events taking place during the reception.
